Shipping Charges

All orders will be shipped via insured USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are made. Shipments to continental United States only. No international shipments.

Shipping charges for jewelry, ornaments, bottle stoppers, coffee scoops and letter openers are $2.50 per item.

Shipping charges for all other items in the shopping cart are based on the order total for those items as follows:

Damages

Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order and report any damage to the carrier within 48 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage and file your claim.

Shipping Times

We try to ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you and if this does not meet your needs the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made.

Sales Tax

Virginia Law requires that orders shipped to Virgina residents be taxed at a tax rate of 5% .

Returns

If you are disatisfied with your purchase, any merchandise in original condition and in original boxes may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (Shipping charges are not refundable). After 14 days no orders will be accepted back. Please email us directly to obtain a return merchandise authorization and instructions. Any items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. Items must be in resellable condition. Custom orders such as wedding invitation bottles may not be returned. Please include your name, address, telephone number and invoice when returning items so we can properly credit your account.

Substitutions

If your selections are not available at the time of your order, we will contact you to arrange for either a substitution or advise of anticipated shipping date with your original selection.
